The weather totally cleared the following day as we left
Pacific Rim National Park Reserve and we were able to get a few clearer
pictures of Long Beach. We saw surfers (it’s a popular surfing spot)
and a guy playing the bagpipes, but just have beach pictures.
Then we drove back over the mountains to the east side of
Vancouver Island and down south toward Victoria. It was a pretty drive over the mountains, but
lots of twists and turns and steep parts.
We settled into Goldstream
Provincial Park,
made dinner, and then hiked to Goldstream
Falls.
